Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

Serve as the key contact person for your assigned clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their goals and expectations Build and maintain strong, proactive client relationships through consistent check-ins and timely updates Manage client feedback with professionalism, offering fast and thoughtful resolutions to concerns Work closely with our internal team to coordinate smooth campaign execution and on-time delivery Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure nothing falls behind Gather and relay client insights to help inform future campaign improvements Provide regular status updates and basic performance summaries Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships or expand service offerings where appropriate

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in client service, account management, or social media-related positions Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a warm and client-first approach Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once A solution-oriented mindset and ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure General knowledge of social media marketing and content production -- bonus if you've worked with influencers or media teams Responsible, self-motivated, and confident working independently while meeting deadlines

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
