Role Overview

This is a performance-driven role with no income ceiling. You run your own territory, build your own pipeline, and earn directly from the business you bring in. We give you the resources, training, and product lines--but the energy, hunger, and consistency must come from you.

Key Responsibilities

Hit the field daily, meeting businesses face-to-face. Present our product line with confidence and clarity. Close new accounts and build a growing base of repeat buyers. Maintain strong relationships and drive consistent reorders. Track visits, leads, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM. Keep an eye on the market and share intel on competitors and trends. Represent our brand with professionalism.
Compensation Structure

Commission-Only -- You get paid what you're worth. Uncapped Earnings -- Top performers routinely beat salaried roles. Commission is based on profit, so your effort directly equals your paycheck. Performance bonuses may be introduced as the territory scales.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You're hungry, confident, and not afraid to talk to anyone. You like the field, the grind, and the chase. You don't need handholding--you take initiative and make things happen. Past sales experience is a bonus, but attitude and drive matter more. You have a drivers' license, reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
