Job Summary:

We are searching for a Commissioning Coordinator to work internally with our Commissioning Team, (Vertical Start Up Commissioning Group - VSC Group). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the commissioning process. Daily tasks will include reviewing design and construction documents, developing and implementing commissioning plans, conducting on-site inspections, testing systems, and collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

In this role, you will:

Prepare commissioning plans. Review commissioning specifications. Review equipment submittals and controls sequences of operation. Develop pre-functional checklists and functional test procedures. Conduct equipment installation and construction site inspections. Prepare and issue construction field reports. Execute and witness performance functional testing. Develop and maintain commissioning documentation including issues log, systems manual and commissioning report. Conduct Point to Point Testing. Conduct Sensor Calibration Testing. Conduct onsite QAQC equipment and controls wiring inspections. Provide troubleshooting and facilities support assistance.

You will be a great fit if you have:

An interest in the mechanical operations of buildings. A keen eye for detail when reviewing documents and commissioning plans.

Required Skills/abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Energy Systems, Energy Management, or a closely related field, or; The equivalent 1 years' experience. (HVAC Controls background preferred).

Location

: In-Office with regular trips to sites.

Travel

: Regular travel is required.
