Job Description

Thermoproof Windows & Doors is looking for energetic team members wanting to set their own schedule and grow their income.

As the commission sales rep for your area, you are responsible to generate your own leads and to follow up on all provided leads. Sales interactions will include face to face development of contractor relationships, door-to-door, and company leads. Sales are also done over the phone, email, and in person.

The position will be compensated at an annual base salary of $50,000, paid bi-weekly, which functions as a draw against commissions. This position is 100% commission-based, meaning commissions are earned solely on sales revenue generated by the employee. Sales commission rates are highly competitive or above market.

Position includes a vehicle and phone allowance and comprehensive benefits package.
