As a Commission Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core responsibilities will include engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and closing deals. Your premium skills in outside sales, negotiation, and business development will be essential in expanding our market presence. Additionally, proficiency in Salesforce and analysis skills will support your efforts in account management and B2C sales.
Your job duties are stated below:
1. door-door cold calling/sales,
2. face to face
direct
sales,
3. Following up lost potential customers,
4. Developing Telemarketing process and team down the road,
5. Self & Team's lead Generation for Sales & Service
The base salary would be minimum wage against commissions. Weekly minimum salary would be $15.30/hour *40hours = $612, if the commission does not surpass
$612
AND salary to be paid on a weekly basis by direct deposit after starting from the joining date.
Commission structure as in following:
> 5% for the 1 three months, > 6% for the remaining nine months for 1st year (if passed probation), > 7% will be taking place on year 2nd, if the sales of $1.50 million in the last 12 months are reached. > Besides, $25/qualified & booked LEADS for SALES and $15/qualified & booked leads for SERVICE BY

when formed, > 5% of team's total lead-generation contribution will be added in pay-check (ex: 25+15=40, then 5% of 40=$2 will be added) . Commission structure and salary will be reviewed
