Le pr\xc3\xa9pos\xc3\xa9 services \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le (MVL) a principalement la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 d\'offrir un excellent service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et de s\'assurer du bon maintien de la pharmacie.
Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • Offrir un excellent service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le
  • Effectuer le remplissage des \xc3\xa9talages
  • Refaire les fa\xc3\xa7ades
  • Maintenir la propret\xc3\xa9 des sections
  • R\xc3\xa9pondre aux diff\xc3\xa9rents appels de la caisse du laboratoire
  • S\'assurer que les affiches et les cartes-tablettes sont mises en place selon les normes d\'exploitation
Exigences
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires (DES)
Qualit\xc3\xa9s recherch\xc3\xa9es
  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe
  • Aptitude \xc3\xa0 mettre en place les produits selon les normes d\'exploitation et \xc3\xa0 maintenir la facilit\xc3\xa9 d\'achats du magasin

The customer service agent (MVL) is mainly responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the proper maintenance of the pharmacy. Main responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Provide excellent customer service \xc2\xb7 Fill the shelves \xc2\xb7 Redo the facades \xc2\xb7 Maintain cleanliness of sections \xc2\xb7 Respond to the various calls from the laboratory cash register \xc2\xb7 Ensure that posters and shelf cards are set up according to operating standards Requirements \xc2\xb7 Secondary school diploma (DES) Desired qualities \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 The ability to work in a team \xc2\xb7 Ability to set up products to operating standards and maintain store convenience \xc2\xb7 Autonomous and responsible Working conditions \xc2\xb7 Flexible and variable schedules (day, evening, and weekend) \xc2\xb7 Pleasant and stimulating work environment \xc2\xb7 Dynamic Team Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Salary: $16.00 per hour Benefits:
