Commis a la fabrication - Enrobage

New Roots Herbal est un fabricant et distributeur national majeur de produits de sante naturels de haute qualite base pres de Montreal, (Vaudreuil-Dorion). Nous sommes presentement a la recherche d'un(e) commis a la fabrication pour se joindre a notre equipe d'enrobage enterique.

Principales taches et responsabilites

Lire les bons de fabrication, preparer le materiel necessaire pour l'enrobage enterique ;

Preparer, ajuster et operer la machine d'enrobage ; Verifier les capsules manuellement pour detecter les defauts de fabrication ; Remplir la documentation de la fabrication et du controle qualite ; Entretenir et nettoyer l'equipement (machine, pieces et autre) ; Suivre les bonnes pratiques de fabrication et se conformer aux normes du controle qualite ; Former les nouveaux employes au besoin ; Effectuer diverses taches a la fabrication ou la production.

Competences et qualifications

Detenir un diplome d'etudes secondaires ;

Habilete a travailler a un rythme rapide dans un environnement de fabrication ; Pouvoir travailler debout, se pencher, s'accroupir, et soulever et deplacer des charges entre 20 et 30 livres ; Etre meticuleux, organise, faire preuve de precision et avoir le souci du detail ; Etre polyvalent, capacite a travailler en equipe et pouvoir effectuer des taches manuelles ; Capacite a lire et ecrire le francais ; Aptitude pour calculer differents pourcentages. Forte aptitude en calcul mental (addition, soustraction, multiplication, division). Experience dans l'industrie alimentaire ou pharmaceutique est un atout.

Horaire de travail

Lundi au vendredi : 7h00 a 15h00
40 heures / semaine - Poste permanent a temps plein

Manufacturing Clerk - Coating

New Roots Herbal is a leading national manufacturer and distributor of high-quality natural health products based near Montreal, (Vaudreuil-Dorion). Our devotion to ethical standards, investment in technology and philanthropy, and focus on the natural health retail channel have contributed to our premium reputation. We are currently looking for a manufacturing clerk to join our enteric coating team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Read the production orders and prepare the necessary materials for enteric coating.

Prepare, adjust, and operate the coating machine.

Manually inspect capsules for manufacturing defects.

Fill out the production and quality control documentation.

Follow good manufacturing practices and comply with quality control standards.

Train new employees when needed.

Perform various tasks in manufacturing and production.

Skills and Qualifications

Hold a high school diploma.

Ability to work at a fast pace in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work standing up, bending, squatting, lifting and moving loads between 20 to 30 pounds.

Be meticulous, organized, precise and detail oriented.

Be versatile, able to work in a team and perform manual tasks.

Ability to read and write French.

Ability to calculate different percentages.

Strong aptitude for mental arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is an asset.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

40 hours / week - Full-time permanent position
