We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commis to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support, managing data entry tasks, and assisting with clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations. Duties



Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace applications Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing customer support File documents systematically and assist with document proofreading to ensure accuracy Support bookkeeping tasks and assist with basic accounting functions as needed Maintain organized files and records, both electronically and physically Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries professionally and courteously Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars Support medical or dental office operations by handling patient or client information securely and efficiently Perform general clerical duties including typing, filing, and data management to facilitate daily office functions

Skills



Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace tools Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical work Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records Previous administrative or medical/dental office experience is highly desirable Ability to perform basic bookkeeping tasks and support front desk operations Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Capable of working independently while supporting team objectives

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.10-$25.29 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
