Commis Comptable



Les commis comptable calculent, preparent et traitent des factures, des comptes fournisseurs et des comptes clients, des budgets et effectuent diverses taches connexes a la comptabilite



Dans ce role, vos principales responsabilites incluent, mais ne sont pas limitees a :

Calculer, preparer et emettre des documents associes aux comptes, tels que des factures, des releves d'inventaire, des etats de compte et d'autres releves financiers, en utilisant des systemes informatises et manuels; Coder, totaliser, reunir en lots, consigner dans un registre ou saisir a l'ordinateur, et verifier et rapprocher des transactions, telles que les comptes fournisseurs et clients, la paye, les commandes, les cheques, les factures, les demandes de cheques et les releves bancaires; Compiler les donnees et documents budgetaires a partir des estimations des recettes et depenses, et des budgets precedents; Preparer des releves ou rapports de revient ou periodiques; Calculer les couts des materiaux, les frais generaux et autres depenses a partir des estimations, des devis et des listes de prix; Repondre aux demandes d'information des clients, entretenir de bons rapports avec les clients et resoudre des problemes; Tenir les comptes dans le logiciel de comptabilite, acomba suite et quickbooks. Effectuer d'autres taches de bureau connexes, telles que le traitement de texte, la tenue de dossiers et du classement, les envois par telecopieur et les photocopies. Bookkeeper



The Bookkeepers calculate, prepare and process bills, invoices, accounts payable and receivable, budgets and other various accounting-related tasks.



In this role, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems Code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statements in a ledger or computer system Compile budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets Prepare period or cost statements or reports Calculate costs of materials, overhead and other expenses based on estimates, quotations, and price lists Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good rapport with clients, and resolve issues. Maintain the accounts in the accounting software, Acomba Suite. Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying. All other related tasks

We are looking for a person who meets the following criteria:

College diploma (DEC) in accounting or equivalent diploma; At least 3 years experience in accounting; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Profeciency in Excel
Excellent knowledge of Acomba software and Quickbooks;

Ability to perform several tasks at the same time; Great attention to detail; Sense of initiative, autonomy and good organizational skills; Interpersonal skills, team spirit and service;
Canadian citizens and permanent residents will be given priority.*
