Duties

Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage. Support the team by ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service. Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency in dishes. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in inventory management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages. Uphold food safety standards by adhering to health regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in handling food. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team dynamics effectively. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Supervising experience is a plus, along with any formal culinary training or certifications.
