Commerical Processing Coordinator - CPU
Reporting to the Team Lead, our at-home Insurance Processors key responsibility is to provide processing support to our branches by identifying and implementing best practices for administrative tasks.
Here is what a typical day looks like

• Completing insurance documents
• Review electronic files for accuracy and completion
• Data entry for client files
• Maintain speed and accuracy requirements
• Meet and or exceed data entry daily Pace targets
• Follow up on activities as assigned

The value you bring

• Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is required
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
• Working experience with EPIC is an asset
• Hard Wired - High Speed Internet in a dedicated workspace is essential

Hours: Full-time 37.5 Hours / week

• Monday - Friday schedule with core hours selected between 6am-6pm MST
• Saturday-Sunday schedule (dependent on the needs of the business)

Location: Remote

• Company computer, monitors, keyboard, and mouse are all provided
• Our Central Processing Team (CPU) is required to work within 50km of a Western Financial Group Branch and submit time off requests within our vacation allocation standards to support proper staffing.
