The successful candidate will work across innovation, marketing, supply chain/demand planning, and sales to ensure project timing is aligned for success with all of our customers.Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Education Required: Post-Secondary Education in Business/Marketing\xc2\xb7 Years of Experience Required: 5+ years\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and communication skills\xc2\xb7 Project Management and data analysis experience\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in fast paced environment and to multitask with a "Can Do" attitudeKey Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Manage the commercialization of new products (innovation, renovation, discontinuation) through our processes from initiation to production\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage project timelines, milestones\xc2\xb7 Identify commercialization hurdles and drive resolutions\xc2\xb7 Work to ensure timelines are reflective of demand signals to accurately forecast volume needs\xc2\xb7 Create Dashboards to give business leads visibility to projects on and off track\xc2\xb7 Lead priority meetings, and hold stake-holders accountable for completing their actions. Issue scorecards and track\xc2\xb7 Complete the \xe2\x80\x98marketing\xe2\x80\x99 components of GS1.
