Fountain Tire Delta Commercial, a reputable full service repair facility, is looking for a responsible, experienced, and safety conscious associate to join our team as a Commercial Tire Technician & Tire Technician respectively.

Compensation:

$25 - $30/hour (Commercial Tire Technician)

Up to $35 / hour depending on experience! - (Tire Technician)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, medium truck tires and wheels
• Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
• The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
• Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
• Pride in the work you\'ve done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field!

Working conditions:

• A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded
• Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 55lbs is required
• This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
• This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling

Qualifications:

• We are looking for an experienced tire professional who can hit the ground running!
• A valid driver\'s license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver\'s abstract
• Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude are essential
