Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a basic mechanical knowledge and a passion for agriculture tires. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tires for various vehicles, commercial vehicle and tractor tire. This role requires customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment .

Responsibilities

Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various types of vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tire-related tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and potential issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance. Assist in sales by recommending appropriate tire options based on customer needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services. Uphold dealership standards for quality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in tire repair or as a Tire Technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. A background in agriculture sale, farm work, mechanical work are all bonus. Ability to maintain attention to detail while working under pressure. A valid driver's license is required to be able to go on service call at clients location.
