We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while providing exceptional service to our customers. The Tire Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met at all times. Prior dealership or mechanic experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in automotive maintenance and sales.

Responsibilities

Remove and install tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Perform tire repairs, rotations, balancing, and alignment services Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs related to tires and wheels Assist customers by explaining services, recommending tire options, and answering questions Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to tires and wheel systems Handle heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely during installation or removal Promote additional automotive services or products to customers as appropriate Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards during all tasks

Experience

Dealership experience or mechanic background is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and maintenance Experience with hand tools, power tools, and specialized tire equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Prior experience in automotive repair or maintenance is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50-$35.00 per hour
