Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tires, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with various hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Install, balance, and rotate tires on a variety of vehicles Perform tire repairs and maintenance services Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear and damage Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations Assist in sales by promoting tire products and services to customers Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Lift heavy tires and equipment as needed during service operations

Experience

Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required Mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive repair is highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge related to tire services and vehicle maintenance Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in tire installation and repair Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Experience in heavy lifting, as this role involves handling tires that can be quite heavy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
