The incumbent is responsible to coordinate specific contractual elements on a national level, with the key accounts (advertising campaigns, budget control, general communications, policies, events, etc.), while supporting the rest of the Commercial team. More specifically, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that all elements of the contracts are implemented including facilitation of agency support funds, sales reports, tracking of overrides, and budget control.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Analyst to create reports based on the needs of Commercial team and our key account partners.
  • Ensure an open and constant communication flow with the regions as well as develop a close relationship with all internal departments within the company.
  • Responsible for sharing all general communications / memos/ policies, etc. with the national accounts.
  • Responsible for managing the calendar of marketing activities with the accounts and ensure the ASF budget is respected and well spent.
  • Work closely with Marketing in the production of banners, flyers, and other material that the accounts may need for the promotion of our products and services.Assist in the facilitation of the Bonbon Loyalty Program (respond to emails, reports, promotions etc.)
  • Analyse new opportunities (niche clientele) with our national accounts that could be introduced and will ensure development.
  • Organize and coordinate events with key account partners.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications
  • College or University degree in tourism, marketing or similar experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Work well under stress, knows how to multitask and prioritize, and is able to meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills; both in English and French; bilingualism is mandatory;
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Easy to adapt to an environment that is constantly changing and evolving;
  • Excellent customer service skills and people oriented;
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Creative with a sharp attention to detail;
  • Excellent team player; able to easily establish great professional relationships;
  • Available to travel
