Job Title Commercial Solutions Specialists: Mid-Market Retail/Consumer Services
What is the opportunity?
A Commercial Solutions Specialist is a core member of the commercial banking team. As a strategic member of the team, you will provide commercial clients in the Retail, Health Care and Consumer Services segments with insightful advice based on your knowledge of RBC's Beyond Banking suite of solutions. You will identify opportunities to introduce commercial clients to Insight Edge - RBC's Data Insights and Analytics tool to support business growth. You will develop business, using Insight Edge and our suite of Beyond Banking solutions to attract new clients. You execute on performance targets and recommend appropriate differentiated solutions to clients, cultivating long-term client relationships.
What will you do?
You will grow the RBC Beyond Banking business with existing commercial clients and new client targets. You will be present in your market, leading Advice Events related to Beyond Banking and contributing to RBC's overall market share growth.
