We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewing machine Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the fabrication process within a warehouse environment. Duties
Operate various types of machinery used for fabricating products, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance metrics.
Assist in training new operators on equipment usage and safety practices.
Skills
Proficient in operating fabrication machinery with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
