As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Security Shift Supervisor

• Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance
• Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services
• Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.
• Providing excellent costumer service to various tenants
• Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.
• Must be able to cover a guards shift on a as needed basis
• Coordinating day to day operations to the site supervisor
• Maintaining Training Matrix and performing other responsibilities as per assigned by the client.
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Security Shift Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• 1 to 3 years experience in security supervisor experience
• Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills (English an asset)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Valid Alberta Security license and first aid card
• Must be able to work 12 hour 1900 - 0700 night rotational shift
• Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
