The Commercial (OTR) Sales Representative manages and oversees Kal Tire's relationships with customers and key accounts within the mining and industrial sector. This role is responsible for maintaining healthy, long-term, and profitable customer relationships while identifying and pursuing qualified sales opportunities. The incumbent promotes the full spectrum of Kal Tire's products and services, ensuring internal teams across service and store locations understand customer needs, meet commitments, deliver ongoing value, and operate in alignment with Kal Tire's AIMS and safety culture.
The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving and time-management skills, is comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and demonstrates a professional, customer-focused mindset.
