Role Description
Title: Commercial Sales & Project Manager
Summary: Own the full cycle of commercial sales and delivery -- from prospecting, proposals, and RFPs, to managing projects on-site with precision and care. Your success fuels BBX's growth and reputation.
Role Highlights:
- Hunt and close new commercial opportunities with brokers, facility managers, and business leaders.
- Deliver winning proposals and RFP submissions that set BBX apart.
- Lead projects from scope planning through to flawless execution.
- Ensure every project hits on time, on budget, and 95%+ client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, sales forecasting, and pipeline growth.
- Represent BBX at industry events and build referral partnerships.
Candidate Attributes
- Proven B2B sales closer with a 65%+ closing ratio.
- Project manager who thrives on deadlines, details, and accountability.
- Growth-oriented, adaptable, and energized by building something bigger.
- Professional, fit (you need to be healthy for this role), and resilient + tenacious (you're street smart) -- urgency, integrity, and kindness define your work.
- Financially sharp and Entrepreneurial minded -- you know margins, P&L impact, and how to deliver at 45%+ gross margin. You'll running a business within our business.
- Team player who lifts others up, with the humility to do the hard work.
Basic Necessities
- 3 years experience in sales and leadership.
- 3 years experience working in service, trades or construction industry.
- Have a reliable car and your own laptop that works well.
- Proficient with technology, CRMs and apps.
- You know the Lower Mainland's geography very well.
- Multi lingual a big asset.
