Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of retail management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify potential clients and conduct market research to understand their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups and communication. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Designing systems with operations director Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commercial setting. Strong mathematical skills for pricing, budgeting, and financial analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Experience with Microsoft Office, Suite and Sketch Up Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
