Wage range is $22.00-$25.00 per hour and wages may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education. This position requires the ability to work day or evening shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the commercial team adheres to provided timelines and schedules Maintain project documentation Problem solve issues that may arise during a project Manage and build relationships with multiple teams Assist the Commercial Sales Manager with administrative functions and processes Analyze project data, shop drawings & customer purchase orders Assist in developing and producing proposals for clients Source and price products as per quote requests

Essential:

Excellent organizational skills Keen attention to details Strong interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of the plumbing, heating and construction distribution business Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers and suppliers Strong problem solving skills Completion of Grade 12 Data entry skills

Desirable:

Familiar with industry and/or products Experience with commercial customers and quotations an asset
