Position: Commercial Journeyman Roofer

Benefits:

The Ideal Candidate

Utilize clear lines of communication and treat others with dignity and respect Responsible for the safe use of all power tools Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Excellent verbal and written English communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate Demonstrated ability to teach skills and work effectively with others Good observation skills and problem-solving abilities Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and exemplary leadership and customer service Exhibit positive and effective interactions with clients

Requirements

Certified applicator with major commercial roofing systems including, SBS, EPDM, TPO. Journeyman experienced with minimum of 5 years exp would be considered an asset Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry Red Seal Ticketed as a Roofer, Damp and Water proofer is an asset Driver's license required and your own transportation is considered an asset Can safely operate vehicles, mechanical devices and/or equipment Ability to work at various heights while adhering to safety protocols Can perform physical activity on regular basis Fluent in the English language and can clearly communicate with supervisors, clients, and co-workers Be able to follow and understand safe work procedures
