We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Sales Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

restaurant equipment or smallwares sales

, a strong interest in the foodservice industry, and the ability to provide exceptional service to walk-in and business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate equipment and smallwares Maintain a strong product knowledge across all categories (domestic and commercial kitchen equipment, smallwares, tableware, etc.) Restock and down-stock shelves daily to ensure products are well displayed and organized Prepare quotes, invoices, and process sales transactions accurately Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal team members Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment Support inventory management and assist with merchandising as needed

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience in restaurant equipment, smallwares, or retail kitchen supply preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset -- able to understand and anticipate customer needs Physically able to lift boxes and move stock safely Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Basic computer skills (QuickBooks, POS, or similar systems experience an asset)
