We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be capable of working on a range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial painting. This role requires attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Restore surfaces by repairing drywall and addressing any imperfections before painting.
Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
Operate power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting is preferred.
Capable in cutting and rolling techniques and able to successfully operate and use spray equipment
Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
Familiarity with drywall repair and restoration processes.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while working unsupervised.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency in using power tools related to painting tasks is a plus.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work are essential.
Containing a valid class 5 driver license and vehicle of transportation.
Capable of following company and site safety policies.
Fluent in English.
Minimum of two years residential and commercial painting experience.
