Job Description
Work for a large, well established, and highly respected firm located in the heart of the Downtown core. Our client is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch legal expertise and guidance to guidance to their diverse client base.Job responsibilities include but aren\'t limited to:
- Draft covenants and easements
- Prepare reports
- Conduct due diligence searches
- Review and process purchase sales agreements
- Minimum of 2 years\' commercial real estate Paralegal experience
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and document/knowledge management systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle and effectively prioritize work
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
