Commercial Real Estate Attorney
One of Canada\'s largest firms is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Commercial Real Estate Attorney, focused on continuing to grow their existing practice and support the firm\'s busy commercial real estate practice within leasing.
About Us: Reputable law firm used solely on legal opinions for real estate leasing transactions. This is a transactional role- FULLY REMOTE with excellent work life balance.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Work on all aspects of commercial leasing contracts, including offers to lease, leases, amending and extension agreements
- Prepare and negotiate leases in office, industrial, retail and mixed-use commercial properties, developments and redevelopments
- Advise clients on large portfolio transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing
- Assist with developing new service delivery models for leasing mandates
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Ontario Bar and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- A minimum of two years (3) of complex commercial real estate experience
