Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage or support commercial real estate and land development transactions Collaborate with lawyers and legal professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of files Draft and manage legal documentation throughout various stages of a transaction Maintain organized records and proactively manage deadlines Occasionally assist with residential real estate matters (an asset but not required)
What You Bring:

A Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized Ontario program 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law Proven ability to work on complex real estate and land development deals Excellent organizational and communication skills A team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative Residential real estate experience is a plus
