Our client, focused on commercial leasing, commercial real estate, and litigation, is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate Lawyer to join their dynamic team. • Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• A minimum of five (5) consecutive years\' post-call experience in commercial real. estate transactions and related documents.
• Experience in executing and advising on corporate transactions.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Handle and oversee all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and related matters.
• Provide legal advice and actively participate in the negotiation and drafting of commercial real estate contracts and agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate transactions such as the formation and organization of ownership entities and small business transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and delivering effective legal solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations.
