The Commercial / Proposal Lead will lead our industrial construction client\'s proposal / bid management process: RFIs, RFQs, submissions to post submittal evaluations. Typical projects can range from $500,000 to $100+ Million including industrial greenfield & brownfield construction to maintenance.
Ideal candidates will likely have most of the following attributes:
8+ years progressive project support skills & experience ranging from PM, industrial marketing / sales, procurement, technical writing - ideally with 3+ years commercial bid / proposals experience in industrial construction &/or maintence contracts / proposals
Strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation, and proven accuracy and attention to detail
Post secondary education in Engineering / PM or Business / Marketing is preferred
Solid to strong software skills i.e., MS & Sales Force
Canadian citizens & Canadian Permanent Residency status candidates preferred, candidates with Canadian work visas will be considered
