DescriptionOur large Vancouver based real estate client is looking for a permanent full-time Commercial Property Accountant to join the team.Salary ranging from $70,000 - $90,000 + Benefits + BonusLocation: Downtown Vancouver, in officeResponsibilities
Reporting to the Property Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Full cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial & residential properties
- Preparing monthly financials, working papers, and cash flow statements
- Preparing quarterly and annual budgets/forecasts
- CAM reconciliations
- Previous accounting experience within the property management sector
- Commercial Property Accounting experience will be highly regarded
- Previous experience with a large accounting systems and MS Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
