Commercial Project Manager – Construction

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Project Manager will step into lead commercial mixed-use developments and work closely with a Senior Project Manager to support trade coordination, scope closeouts, quality assurance, and schedule management. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead within a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment.
ABOUT THE POSITION
You'll oversee outstanding scopes, manage trades and consultants, and ensure design and spec compliance. You'll be expected to take ownership of trade buyouts, schedule tracking, and QA/QC processes while collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

  • Support the completion of commercial mixed-use projects
  • Coordinate with trades, consultants, and municipal authorities
  • Manage outstanding scopes, contracts, and change orders
  • Lead consultant coordination and ensure compliance with design/specs
  • Track schedule and budget updates in collaboration with the Senior PM
  • Support project closeout, turnover requirements, and occupancy goals
Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of project management experience in commercial, institutional, or mixed-use construction
  • Strong technical knowledge of contract management, QA/QC, consultant coordination, and municipal requirements
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other GC platforms
Compensation & benefits
  • Competitive salary: $110,000 - $140,000
