We are seeking a skilled and dependable

Commercial Plumber

with experience in

medical and commercial plumbing systems

and general construction support. This person must be able and willing to travel on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems for commercial and residential environments, as well as contributing to various construction activities on interior fit up/ build projects. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during all work performed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Lift heavy materials as needed during installations or repairs.

Requirements

5+ years journeyman experience. Must be a fully licensed Red Seal Plumber. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for long periods. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
