Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced support to Commercial Account Managers and Brokers -- far beyond data entry.
Compile, proofread, and process insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and related documentation with precision.
Prepare professional client proposals, renewal packages, and premium finance agreements.
Use Broker Management Systems and insurer portals efficiently to maintain client records.
Coordinate client and broker service requests, demonstrating excellent communication and service skills.
Assist with payment processing and follow-ups.
Organize meetings and resources with a tech-savvy approach.
Comply with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
Participate actively in training and licensing preparation, with a focus on developing insurance market expertise.
Qualifications and Competencies:
2+ years in an administrative, insurance, or client-service environment (finance/professional services preferred).
Strong digital fluency: Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CRM/BMS familiarity.
Excellent verbal and written communication -- you're confident engaging with both clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated organizational strength and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Committed to obtaining an insurance broker license within the first year.
Interest in developing in-depth knowledge of the insurance markets and commercial coverage solutions.
