Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of construction insurance experience, with hands-on account management experience
• Deep understanding of construction insurance industry and markets
• Proven ability to handle renewals, client service, and policy documentation
• Strong knowledge of policy wordings and coverage analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with broker management systems, ideally EPIC, and MS Office Suite
• Valid R.I.B.O. license

Nice to Have Skills

• C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation(s)
• Experience collaborating with bond departments
• Business development and client relationship growth experience
• Mentorship or team leadership skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• Post-secondary education in insurance, business, or related field
• 5-10 years of commercial insurance experience, including comprehensive client management experience
