We're seeking someone with experience in Commercial Leasing

to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take the lead on retail, office, and industrial leasing projects--while supporting residential leasing as needed. The ideal candidate with be responsible for managing property leases, the commercial properties and ensuring a positive experience for all - current and future tenants. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and a passion for property management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high occupancy rates and fostering positive relationships.

What You'll Do:

Source and secure high-quality tenants for commercial properties Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately Maintain and grow a pipeline of leads and clients Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards Maintain strong relationships with current tenants to encourage lease renewals and referrals

You Bring:

Proven success in commercial leasing (3+ years preferred) and experience in property management is a plus Strong office administration skills, including organization and time management Effective phone etiquette for communicating with potential and current tenants Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail Working knowledge of residential leasing processes Strong market knowledge and negotiation skills Excellent communication, networking, and closing abilities
