What You'll Do:

Build and maintain high-performance landscapes including garden beds, turf areas, hardscapes, and more. Perform detailed maintenance work: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanups. Operate a range of hand tools and power equipment with skill and care. Support the setup and upkeep of irrigation systems to keep landscapes thriving. Diagnose plant health issues and proactively address landscape concerns. Work side-by-side with a team of professionals to complete high-impact projects. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.

What You Bring:

Previous experience in landscape maintenance (commercial or industrial experience is a strong asset). Solid mechanical skills and confidence using landscaping equipment. Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in all conditions. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality work. A collaborative, can-do attitude and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.29-$29.54 per hour
