Client Service Representative to join our Public Sector team in our Toronto office
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and service a profitable book of business based upon the company's objectives and individual business plans.

Your day as a Client Service Representative
Support/collaborate with the Client Service Managers in the following tasks:
+ Annual Renewals
+ - Review of underwriting information including analysis of applications to identify if there are any changes in operations
- Preparing underwriting submissions including reconciliation of property and auto schedules
- Where required negotiating renewal terms
- Preparation/review of renewal proposals
+ Preparation of departmental premium breakdowns for clients
+ Oversight of Certificate issuance for the department and the ability to triage the certificate request to the key stakeholders in the department
+ Responsible for oversight of property and vehicle changes and the issuance where required of property change endorsements
+ Assist Public Sector Claims Manager in the completion of loss runs
+ Responsible for working with subbroker network on annual renewals.
Responsible for entering required information into Lineage
+ Supports CE on user's facility program completing the following tasks:
+ Collection, review of monthly reports and issuance of endorsements
+ Oversight of invoicing
+ Sending annual policy documents and rate sheets
Completion of monthly and quarterly reports to insurers
+ Supports in-house risk manager with quarterly webinars, training sessions and bulletin issuance.
Our ideal candidate
Minimum of 3 years of industry-related experience
Professional designation required (RIBO)
Good working knowledge of policy wordings but in particular general liability, automobile and property coverages
Good working knowledge of EPIC is required
Good working knowledge of Lineage is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate processes and improve efficiencies
Ability to work in a team environment or independently as required
Effective time management and organizational skills.
