Commercial Insurance Broker Team Trigon is looking for an experienced insurance broker to become the next valued member of our team! We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team at our Carling Avenue, Stittsville or Kemptville location. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do: \xc2\xb7 Provide exceptional and prompt service to clients \xc2\xb7 Maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, and underwriters \xc2\xb7 Oversee and maintain a book of business \xc2\xb7 Analyze client coverage, exposures, and loss experience to determine risk requirements \xc2\xb7 Opportunities for new business sales and referral business \xc2\xb7 Process renewals and quotes, and respond to day-to-day client inquiries \xc2\xb7 Build personalized client relationships through proactive communication \xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate processing of policy documentation What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring: \xc2\xb7 RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) License required (OLT equivalency will be considered) \xc2\xb7 Quebec (AMF) License an asset \xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge of commercial lines insurance \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive and effective verbal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision \xc2\xb7 Strong emphasis on a collaborative and positive team dynamic \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and accuracy What we\xe2\x80\x99re offering: \xc2\xb7 Full-time permanent position \xc2\xb7 Competitive salary and compensation package based on experience \xc2\xb7 Option for hybrid remote work schedule \xc2\xb7 Health and dental benefits package \xc2\xb7 Paid time off including vacation days, flexible time for appointments, and sick and personal leave Please note that only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
