Client Service Representative to join our team in our Toronto office in our healthcare, life sciences, and cannabis division
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible to maintain and service a profitable book of business based upon the company's objectives and individual business plans.

Your day as a Client Service Representative
Request and follow up with insurers and/or clients for outstanding information, endorsements, or policy documentation.
Prepare proposals for renewals and new business.
Respond to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters.
Work with the Client Executives and Client Service Managers in negotiating with Insurers and/or changes, renewals and new business where applicable.
Review policy wordings and other documentation for accuracy and completeness and as required, note and correct errors.
Create abeyance and follows up for outstanding items from underwriters, markets and clients.
Market own new business and renewals when necessary.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding client receivables.
Create and streamline processes.
Responsible for monthly Bordereaux, where required
Invoice and manage receivables.
Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.
Our ideal candidate
Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience
Professional designation required (RIBO)
Good knowledge of markets and their policy wordings
Good knowledge of Intact Broker Portal and EPIC is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
