Client Service Representative
to join our Global team in our Toronto office!
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Client Executive and/or Team Leader in meeting the Canadian service requirements of international accounts in conjunction with various non-Canadian domiciled sourcing brokers by developing and maintaining excellent client and source broker relationships.

Your day as a client service representative
Work directly with foreign broker partners and their foreign clients who are investing in, or have existing operations, within Canada.
Ensure that service proficiency and standards are met with all broker partners and clients, in alignment with our Global Services mandate.
Handle day-to-Day account service and oversight including marketing campaigns, presentations, clerical work and insurance placements.
Conduct coverage comparisons, due diligence and contract reviews.
Follow up with underwriters, broker-dealers, and clients on unresolved files.
Collaborate with Client Service Managers and/or the Client Executive to negotiate changes, renewals and new businesses (if applicable) with insurers.
Request missing information, endorsements, and policy documents from insurers and perform the proper follow-ups.
Maintain renewal lists, registers, and records of the policies so that they are organized and up to date.
Ensure maximum retention of existing customers by providing exceptional service through regular communication with customers to verify the quality of service delivered as well as meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Our ideal candidate
5-7 years Commercial Insurance experience, exposure to Global / Cross - border business is an asset.
Professional designation required (RIBO)
Good knowledge of markets and their policy wordings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well independently, as part of a team
Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications
Good knowledge of Intact Broker Portal and EPIC is an asset
Effective time management and organizational skills
Customer focused and service oriented.
High attention to detail.
