Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients Identify client needs and exposures; ensure appropriate coverage is in place Stay current on insurance markets, underwriting rules, products, and industry trends Educate clients on the claims process and advocate for them when necessary Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and positivity Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation Support achievement of sales, referral, and retention goals

Attributes of the Ideal Candidate

Alberta Insurance Council Level 2 General License (required) 2+ years of commercial lines insurance experience (required) Strong understanding of insurance markets, underwriting rules, products, and coverages Sense of humor 5+ years of client service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs Experience working with TAM or Epic software Professional communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative team player who works well independently and with others CIP/CAIB designation (completed or in progress) is an asset
