We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on commercial HVAC systems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of projects in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial properties. Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues efficiently and accurately. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of service work, including parts, tools, and labor. Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards.
Requirements:

Valid HVAC certification or license (TSSA G2 is required). Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience working in commercial HVAC installation and service. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including commercial boilers, chillers, and refrigeration. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environmental conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:

TSSA certification (G1). Experience with building automation systems (BAS). Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems.
