  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Travaillera dans un territoire assign\xc3\xa9, travaillera en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec les repr\xc3\xa9sentants des fabricants ind\xc3\xa9pendants, les gestionnaires du bureau de district et du centre de service, les coll\xc3\xa8gues des ventes, l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe des pi\xc3\xa8ces et nos techniciens
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Atteindre les objectifs de vente gr\xc3\xa2ce au d\xc3\xa9veloppement des clients existants et \xc3\xa0 la prospection de nouvelles affaires
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Compiler des listes de clients potentiels \xc3\xa0 utiliser comme prospects, sur la base d\xe2\x80\x99informations provenant de la base de donn\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipement install\xc3\xa9e par Daikin, des sources de l\xe2\x80\x99industrie, des r\xc3\xa9pertoires commerciaux, des informations sur le march\xc3\xa9 vertical ou de toute autre source de g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ration de prospects.

  • \xe2\x80\xa2 \xc3\x89tablir des estimations de co\xc3\xbbts et des offres de prix pour les nouveaux travaux et coordonner la pr\xc3\xa9paration des estimations de co\xc3\xbbts pour la poursuite des projets. V\xc3\xa9rifie et cite les prix, les conditions de cr\xc3\xa9dit et pr\xc3\xa9pare les contrats de vente pour les commandes obtenues.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectuer des tests et mener des enqu\xc3\xaates sur les produits concurrents afin de d\xc3\xa9terminer la n\xc3\xa9cessit\xc3\xa9 de modifier les produits ou de d\xc3\xa9velopper de nouveaux produits.
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Pr\xc3\xa9parer des rapports sur le pipeline, l\xe2\x80\x99activit\xc3\xa9 de vente et les plans d\xe2\x80\x99affaires.

At Daikin Applied our Sales Account Manager serves as a technical sales expert who works on developing and maintaining customer relationships, sells preventative maintenance contracts, and provides recommendations for service and repair work for HVAC systems.

A Day in the Life:
  • Will work in an assigned territory, partner closely with Independent Manufacturers Representatives, District Office and Service Center Managers, sales colleagues, the parts team, and our technicians
  • Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from Daikin installed equipment database, industry sources, business directories, vertical market information, or any other lead generation source.
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, build customer relationships, and follow up on customer concerns.
  • Prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work and coordinates the preparation of cost estimates on project continuations. Verifies and quotes prices, credit terms, and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
  • Perform tests and conduct surveys on competitive products in order to determine the need for product alterations or the development of new products.
  • Prepare reports of pipeline, sales activity and business plans.
  • Identify and implement tools and resources to assist in sales efforts (e.g. energy rebates, estimated payoffs, ROI).

What you will bring:

Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related sales experience in the HVAC Industry
  • Ability to travel territory daily
  • Valid Driver\'s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Preferred:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
