THE ROLE: COMMERCIAL FLAT ROOFER

You'll be installing, repairing, and leading work on major commercial & industrial flat roofing systems across the Lower Mainland -- SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, metal and more.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Installing and repairing

TPO, PVC, EPDM, SBS, Torch-on, and BUR

systems Working on commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects Ensuring high-quality workmanship, clean job sites, and safe practices Supporting foremen and superintendents with smooth project execution Following Raven's systems and contributing to a strong team culture

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Raven pays for quality -- period.

Starting Wages:

- $38 - $52 per hour

(based on experience)

- Overtime available

Plus:

REQUIREMENTS

Certified applicator with major commercial roofing systems (SBS, EPDM, TPO)

3+ years

in commercial roofing (mandatory) Red Seal (Roofer, Damp & Waterproofer) is an asset Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment safely Comfortable working at heights Fluent in English -- written & verbal Valid driver's license (personal transportation an asset) Able to complete paperwork and site documentation accurately
