The Commercial Excellence Manager will build business relationships with external and internal stakeholders in Product Management, Sales & Marketing.

Fundamental Areas of Focus:
Responsible for evaluating competitive offers and market pricing
Ownership of Marketing letters for Retail and Distribution customers
Gather and generate market insights and implications to ADAMA
Evaluate data to identify geographic opportunities for portfolio
Identify opportunities and challenges for specific crop segments and products and assist in the creation of business plans and product life cycle
Analyze market and pricing data and make recommendations to include, Market Share, Market Coverage, Share of Wallet and Channel Mix
Support sales by creating reports that provide insight into the crop protection market and specific crop segments using available databases
Create Pricing reports
Measure and track commercial and sales indicators
Design and manage market segmentation and marketing programs
Analyze regional sales performances by crop, products and product mix
Provide market information for forecasting
Talent and Knack:
Minimum of 5 years in Sales and/or Marketing in agriculture or a related industry
Strong analytical experience
Superior attention to detail
Skillful with creating well-structured reports and providing valuable recommendations to drive business decisions
Experience with business intelligence tools
Flexibility/adaptability to take on different tasks as required
Excellent time management ability
