We are launching a new operation and looking for motivated, results-driven Commercial Energy Advisors to join our dynamic Commercial Sales Team (D2D-B2B).
In this role, you will connect with potential clients through multiple channels to promote and sell an alternative to Time-of-Use meters. This is an Hourly + Profit Sharing opportunity.
As the Ontario energy sector is highly regulated, compensation incentives are structured around compliance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand our client base
- Generate business by following up on your own leads and prospective clients
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Track and manage leads effectively
- Ensure all contracts fully comply with Ontario Energy Board (OEB) regulations
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions
Requirements
- Access to a smartphone, tablet, data plan, and a functional printer/scanner (Preferred)
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to building long-term relationships
- Skilled in negotiation and closing, while maintaining compliance
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prospect, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
- Identify potential clients and deliver tailored solutions
Compensation - Hourly + Profit Sharing
This role combines an hourly wage with compliance-based profit sharing. Many of our agents earn well over $100,000 annually.
Profit sharing is directly tied to compliance performance metrics, including:
- Accuracy of paperwork and disclosures
- Zero customer complaints
- Completion of all mandatory training and compliance refreshers
- High customer satisfaction ratings
- Adherence to sales and conduct standards

Job Details
- Type: Part-time to Full-time
- Pay: $1,000 - $5,000 per week (Hourly + Compliance Performance)
- Additional Pay: Compliance bonuses + profit sharing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (20 to 40 hours per week)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales (preferred)
