Join The Team:



ERCO Worldwide is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our Commercial team at our Hargrave Plant!

This role blends accounting, operations, and administrative responsibilities--supporting AP, inventory valuation, budgeting, and cost control while coordinating outbound shipments and managing inventory and purchasing. The individual will also ensure smooth office operations, maintain safety and compliance records, and assist with community outreach and quality initiatives. This role's contributions will be essential to keeping the site running efficiently, supporting strategic decision-making, and strengthening ERCO's commitment to operational excellence and community engagement.



The Role:



Accounting

Accounts payable, journal entries, accruals, inventory valuation, month end reconciliations/closing for the site, maintenance vs capital, PST filings Analysis to investigate variance, assist with cost control Assist with budgeting/forecasting for the site

Customer Sales & Distribution

Prepare, release and distribute shipping documents for outbound product shipments and containers Ensure timely and accurate communication with the operators and leadership team for loaded and empty railcar containers

Inventory Management/Purchasing

Purchasing and receiving inventory for the site Assist in managing counts and inventory levels within the stores facility and resolve any issues

Administration

Ensure office equipment is operational (printers, scanners, shredders etc.) and manage office/kitchen supplies Support HSE initiatives Maintain site visitor, contractor and driver safety orientation records, safety indoctrinations Provide administrative support to the site leadership team, including filing, scanning and other duties as assigned Assist with Responsible Care/Community Outreach Site Quality Representative

The Person:



5+ years of experience in an accounting/office environment. Business Administration Diploma/Degree or several years' experience within the field. Solid understanding and familiarity of operational systems with the ability to use tools such as Dayforce, Coupa, JD Edwards, OneStream and MS Office. Knowledge of Responsible Care and ISO Strong organizational and communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail Capable of recognizing when things need to be done Personable, individual must work well in a team environment
